Roxbury Russets and cider

Artifact Cider Project cofounder Soham Bhatt is making cider from Roxbury Russet apples, a not pretty fruit developed in 17th-century Massachusetts Bay colony.  The Roxbury Russets are the first variety of American apples to get its own name and once were grown extensively in the northeastern states.
