Rwanda Tries To Persuade Its Citizens To Drink The Coffee They Grow

In Rwanda 99% of the coffee grown there is exported. Although the government is trying to persuade people to switch from tea and Fanta to coffee, price is a big obstacle. Lacking sufficient roasters, Rwanda must send its beans to Europe or the USA to be roasted and then import the roasted beans.  This is not cheap.
