Pharmacies providing Naloxone without prescription

In response to the opioid epidemic, many Ohio pharmacies now provide Naloxone (sometimes called Narcon) without a prescription.  The Ohio attorney-general blamed heroin and other addictions for 89% of the crime in the state.

Patented in 1961, Naloxone is now available as a cheap generic.
